With new and advanced infrared and computer technology the objective testing of dizziness, concussion, and balance can be performed. Now, the presence or absence of dizziness (vertigo) or lightheadedness can be determined. This testing can add tremendous strength to your case and its presentation.

Computerized Dynamic Posturography(CDP)

Computerized Dynamic Posturography (CDP) is used to evaluate the overall function of your balance system compared to the normal for people that are your same size, age and weight.

Videonystagmography (VNG)

The VNG (Videonystagmogram) is a compilation of tests designed to document a person's ability to follow objects on a computer screen with their eyes. Using infrared oculography we evaluate how well the eyes respond to information from the brain,vestibular, and joint proprioceptive systems. With this information a determination of the cause of the dizziness or instability of gait can be made. The VNG can indicate if it is a brain, ear, or orthopedic problem.
